UPDATE January 2004 - On Jan. 12, 2004 the project proponent abandoned both San Martin proposal sites and purchased an alternative site in Morgan Hill. The new site is very appropriate for this project as it is in an existing industrial area with sewer hook ups. SMNA appreciates the willingness of the owner and his attorney to work with the community and wish them well in the new facility.
