A new station (location, size, design, traffic, security, emergency services, why is City of Gilroy expected to pay for this)?

Environmental impacts (endangered or protected animals and plants, agricultural land, open space views, water ways)?

Bullet track will run trains non-stop at 220-mph (frequency of trains, noise, vibration, high voltage overhead towers)?

Construction impacts (how many years, road closures, heavy equipment, unbearable noise, deep drilling, water protection)?

Eminent domain (what is the process and timelines)?

Property values (what about all the property around or close to the alignments whose value will decline dramatically)?

Overall timelines (decisions, construction, trains operating)?
